How do I apply for a job?
  1. Review the Careers section of our website.
  2. Read “A Message from the Chief People Officer" and click on Apply Now.
  3. Complete the brief survey and WPT-Q assessment.
  4. Post your resume as instructed.
  5. Be prepared to complete multiple on-line assessments.
What are the assessments about?
The multiple assessments are designed to give us a helpful picture of your commitments, your capabilities and your work-style preferences. No one assessment is used to determine a “fit.” By utilizing a variety of assessments, we are able to create a “composite profile” which assists us in determining if a candidate is likely to be happy and productive in our work environment. Altogether, the assessments will require an hour and a half to two hours of your time. We realize that this is quite an investment, but we believe it is invaluable to help both of us determine if North American is right for you.

The assessments may include, but are not limited to the:
  • Service Culture Assessment (SCA)
  • Leading Strengths Assessment
  • WPT cognitive skills assessment
  • Wonderlic Complete Personality Profile
Will I be contacted by someone regarding my application?
If there is alignment between your responses and our employment opportunities, someone will be in touch with you (usually within 48 hours).

How long should I expect the recruiting process to last?
The length of the recruiting process varies by position and geography. However, it typically lasts anywhere from two to eight weeks.
